The Origin of Ayurvedic Medicine
The knowledge of ayurveda contained in this website comes from the Vedic Texts which form the basis of a system of natural health care enjoyed by individuals and families throughout India since ancient times and has been approved by the Raju Institute Council of Vaidyas.

PANCHAKARMA TREATMENT
Panchakarma, or PK as it is commonly called, is a Sanskrit term made from the roots pancha (meaning five) and karma (meaning action), and refers to the five actions or major treatment approaches in ayurveda. There are literally thousands of PK treatments that fall into these five categories and which address all the different imbalances and their associated complications.

RAJU FAMILY HERBS AND RASANAYAS
The Raju family rasayanas and herbal products, including the special oils and preparations used at the Raju PK Center, are made with the utmost attention to purity and effectiveness by the Raju family vaidyas (or under their direct supervision). Each formula is time-tested, and strictly adheres to ancient healing principles from the vedic texts. In addition, after processing, each batch is lab-tested to ensure purity and safety.
RAJU FAMILY HERITAGE OF HEALING - 8 GENERATIONS OF VAIDYAS
The Raju family comes from a long line of distinguished vaidyas (ayurvedic physicians) going back for generations on both the mothers’ and fathers’ sides. They are native to Andra Pradesh and have lived in Hyderabad for more than 30 years, practicing natural healing through ayurveda in Champapet and Sahara States.
